Create article preview screen according to figma reference.

Requirements

Preview of image in article
User can navigate back to Add Image details screen
Next takes them to the Edit Summary screen

Looks good to me on 7.5.0 (3525)

This does not match designs / did not go through Design review because it reuses the existing preview functionality.
The existing edit preview does not show the image as a header image (what is requested by the designs). We'll explore adding that functionality across the app as a follow-up task.
