Description

Background
Places feature usability testing revealed that we are not honoring the language users have chosen in the Places feature if they are in the Map view, then go to the Search interface.

Task

Honor the last selected language chosen by user in Places when navigating to Search.

User Story
As a Places user on Android, I want to select German in Map view, and then see German language choices when going to the Search interface.
