Description

Background

During the course of developing this experiment, we released it behind a feature flag. This is the task to update the feature flag, and make it available to our target wikis in the app for the time frame of the experiment

Requirements

Remove feature flag and make alt text experiment active

NOTE: Limitations to target languages and time-period are being handled within Assignment logic: T370228

Testing notes:

We only remove the main "Enable alt text feature" developer settings toggle. The auxiliary toggles are still available to aid testing.

To test this toggle:

Fresh install the app Wikipedia 7.5.8 (3979)
Add one of the target languages as the primary language - pt, es, fr, zh - on an account with less than 50 edits
Make sure you can see the image recs cards.
Go through image recs flow - you might get assigned to the experiments or not. If you're assigned, go through it normally
Make a normal edit. You won't get assigned if you went through alt text in the previous step. If you didn't go through alt text in the previous step, you may or may not get assigned.
