This bug is about the addition of an entity type to Wikidata/Wikibase inherently.

This is the feature request. A new bug will be created for the deploy of this feature. If the Commons community doesnt want this feature, it might be modified to suits the Commons community, or maybe it is deployed on Wikidata instead. But the featute needs to be built first.
