Access denied when trying to view Diffusion commits

Description

From T78154: "Access Denied" for commit emails sent by diffusion:

(..) clicking a link [to a Diffusion change] gives a Access Denied message:

Access Denied: Restricted Application
You do not have permission to view this object.
Users with the "Can View" capability:
Administrators can take this action.

Upstream: https://secure.phabricator.com/T6790 , solved in revision ac73b2b.

This fixes the "commits only show up for admins" part of for us and will let us finish importing all repos into Diffusion.

I'm assuming that this fix will be deployed in our next upgrade? Setting T78243 as blocker, please undo if you have other plans.

https://secure.phabricator.com/T6790 is resolved in upstream so closing as resolved here too.
Will be fixed in this instance when the next code deployment happens - see T78243.
