@Xqt could you review the pr above and comment if it is fine?
Thank you @JJMC89. Seems the best is to revoke sysop group from this account and grant it to the other test account.

With OAuth, the user will only have the rights that have been specified in the selected grants.

Pywikibot-oauth is in sysop group on wikipedia:test but obviously does not have sysop rights:

Now I logged in to test.wikipedia.org, it does not change the behavior.
I also tried to log out and log in from paws, did not change anything.
thanks for caring - still help needed
That explains the "user that does not exist here". The bot is not registered on test.wikipedia.
If you log in to the bot account and visit a page on test.wikipedia.org, I believe it should solve the problem for you.
@Xqt, Sorry, I was stupid; at first I added:
usernames['test']['wikidata'] = 'AramBot' in user-config.py file, but I just realized that the format should be like: usernames['wikidata']['test'] = 'AramBot'. I made test edit such as this one. Now, I am happy that pywikibot already supported "test.wikidata.org". A huge thank you!
pwb.py version:
Your script is apparently making a request to test.wikipedia.org and fails, claiming you don't have an account there. It's not clear to me why.
Assuming you are using Herzi Pinki account (are you?), this is not true.

I am not able to reproduce it. Please run pwb version and file the result here. You can run pwb cache -delete to delete the api cache.
@Aram: What was your user-config.py entry?
