[Epic] Support translation micro-contributions suitable for mobile (and more contexts)

Description

Content Translation provides a comfortable environment to translate an article, but presenting all that information and tools may not be suited for different contexts such as mobile. This general ticket captures ideas on simple approaches to support translation in more constrained environments:

One idea (if this is not the right place feel free to move the ticket)
While reading a Wikipedia article on mobile, there is a language list option with avaliable languages. If you -as a reader- look for some article that is not in your default language (as in settings) a whislist button or display message could be appear somewhere saying: "this article is not on your language : help us translating it or mark it as a wish so the wikimedians community can translate it for you"-> and then could be included as a suggested translation and, when done, an alert could be returned to original reader. Just an idea, not really a proposal
