@Dbrant, this is silly but I didn't realize these help links were leveraging the link preview code. It would be fine to suppress link previews for this namespace AFAIK but I think we should also hide the whole troubleshooting tip, "Problem playing this file? See media help."

I just want to point that this comes from Templates in English Wikipedia and not necessarily will be the same in other wikis. Also, these templates are maintained by the community and any fixes are inherently unstable.
Maybe it's worthwhile to have a follow-up task to support Help namespace.
Hi, @Dbrant , @LGoto ! Could you please tell if the mentioned change in the current task ("Media help should not be displayed") and in this one: https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T269385 ("References in Spanish Wikipedia shouldn't have columns") need to be made on the mobile app level or do we need (can we ?) to change the templates ? Thanks!
This is still happening in Android and iOS on the other hand is solving this by opening a web view for the unsupported namespaces, I wonder if we could keep it consistent between apps cc/ @JMinor and @JTannerWMF
Meanwhile, the actual fix is to support the Media help namespace in the summary endpoint and we will look into its feasibility.
