Description

Steps to reproduce:

On a desktop machine, open Chrome in incognito mode.
visit http://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/

Expected results

The desktop version of the site should load.

Actual results

The mobile version of the site loads. The developer toolbar claims I have no cookies (as expected in incognito mode).

Environments observed

Chrome 65.0.3325.146, 64 bit, Ubuntu 16.04
Chrome 65.0.3325.162, 64 bit, MacOS 10.13.3

wikitech doesn't use a "m." domain so this is likely to be on the Varnish layer. This also happens for http://wikitech.wikimedia.org/
I see a 307 and then a 301. Is there any reason wikitech doesn't have an m domain?

Maybe the need for a double wildcard in the SSL cert?

This behavior does seem new since we moved wikitech behind the misc varnish cluster.
