On 14-May-2019, we will have enough data [1] to begin analyzing the results of the Section Editing A/B test

Action

On 14-May-2019, or soon thereafter, we should begin analyzing the results of the A/B test with one goal being to decide: Do we turn Section Editing on for all users?
