The Wikipedia Library is a tool which facilitates access to paywalled sources of content via partnerships managed by the Wikimedia Foundation. In the library, users can suggest new partnerships, which are catalogued at https://wikipedialibrary.wmflabs.org/suggest/. The simple implementation of this page has led to it becoming unwieldy as a large number of publishers have been suggested, and there are a wide range of potential improvements which would make it more user friendly for both editors and library staff.

This task is an Epic - subtasks note the potential improvements that we've identified.

The library is hosted in Cloud VPS, and is not closely integrated with MediaWiki. Pull requests should be submitted on Github.
