Description

Goal

This task is to track the rollout of the new special page on all projects. We are going to do a pilot rollout on frwiki first so we can capture major bugs early in the process, as much as possible.

Plan

Enable Special:Investigate for checkusers on French Wikipedia: August 10

After August 10 we will collect feedback from frwiki CUs and fix any bugs that may come up.

Since we can't do any investigations on frwiki, I'm not sure there's much to test here. During deployment I checked, for Special:Investigate, Special:InvestigateBlock and Special:InvestigateLog:

The page can be accessed if logged in with the correct permissions
The page looks as expected
The messages are in French
