Description

The search input shown when starting a new translation in Section translation may need some adjustments:

Currently, when receives the input focus two borders are visible. One grey and the other blue (screenshot shown below). The expected behaviour would be for the default grey border to turn blue. That is, only a thicker (2px) blue border should be visible, that takes the same position as the original grey one but expanding one extra pixel inwards.

In addition, since the input takes the whole width, it will fit better by adjusting the border radius to be 0px.

This adjustment from the description does not seem to be supported.
