On Windows, the horizontal scrollbar appears before it's really needed, because the calculation includes the width of the still-empty element ".ext-wikilambda-chip-container__input". In chrome, the vertical scrollbar also appears, appropriately but unattractively, because the horizontal scrollbar is now occluding part of the existing chips.

List of steps to reproduce (step by step, including full links if applicable):

• Access the Function editor, in Chrome or Firefox
• Currently using: http://localhost:8080/wiki/Special:CreateZObject/functionDefinition?type=newDesign&zid=Z8
• Add chips until the scrollbar(s) appear

Desired behavior:

• The horizontal scrollbar shouldn't show up until the existing, visible chips fill up the horizontal space of the container.
• When the horizontal scrollbar appears, the height of the container should be increased so the existing chips remain fully visible vertically, and the vertical scrollbar isn't needed.
