Populate Usability Improvements patchdemo prototype with examples of local talk pages

Description

Story

As a volunteer who is comfortable reading and writing in Bengali, Chinese, French, Hebrew, Japanese, Korean, or Vietnamese, I want to be able to see Usability Improvements on talk pages that contain discussions written in one of these languages, so that I can evaluate the prototype in an environment that closely resembles the language, project, and culture I am most likely to encounter it within (read: bn.wiki, zh.wiki, fr.wiki, etc.).

Event Timeline

I've requested translations of mw:Help:Sample discussion via https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Special:NotifyTranslators for fr, he, ja, ko, vi, and zh. We already have bn (and ar) translations for that page. Getting the translated sample page out of mw.org and into Patchdemo is probably going to take about an hour per page, mostly because the time stamps have to be changed so that they match whatever the local time is for the wiki that we're using.

In addition to that, each talk page needs to be "decorated" with the relevant Wikipedia's most popular templates (e.g., a welcome template or the coffee-roll colored {{talk header}} when the goal is to match enwiki), if any are regularly used at that wiki. We should assume that's another hour's work per language.
