At the bottom of the reply and new topic tools, there is a link to "Share feedback about this feature":
We should remove this link before the MediaWiki 1.40 release (expected to come out in May 2023), which will include DiscussionTools (T290464#8222955). In the past such links in various products resulted in mostly useless feedback (T188729, T209336).
We may also want to remove this link on Wikimedia wikis, since the tools are out of beta (almost) everywhere.
If we remove it everywhere, we can just remove the code. If we keep it, we'll need to introduce a config setting or something.
