Description

Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

Visit a page with interlanguage links on vector-2022: frwiki:Terre
Click on the link "Edit interlanguage links"

What happens?:

Nothing happens when you click.

What should have happened instead?:

The link should work as usual, directing you to the corresponding wikidata page.

Software version (skip for WMF-hosted wikis like Wikipedia):

Other information (browser name/version, screenshots, etc.):
original report on the Italian Wikipedia
Tested on itwiki and frwiki (the link doesn't work)
Firefox version 110 (64 bits), Windows 10 Home, screen resolution 2560x1440
