Requirements

Add suggested edits alt text view UI
Use image/page examples sample articles in T349145
View image details pushes on an in-app webview to the image file info on commons
Read full article pushes on a native articleview reading screen
Skip suggestion takes users to the next suggested edits alt-text view
Suggest alt text presents form input view (T349114) as full screen modal
Add more button in top right that displays Learn more and Send Feedback in contextual menu
- Learn more displays onboarding view again (T349106)
- Send feedback handling is in T349149
