Description

Goal
Create suggested edits alt-text task preview UI

Requirements

Pushed on after user taps Next from T349114
Display image with proposed alt text overlay & accessibility icons
Display article title, article description, and article summary paragraph
Display terms of use / license at the bottom with links to appropriate place (kicks user out to Safari app)
Upon completion of task (Submit button), modal is dismissed and the next suggestion view loads (T349108). "Submitted" toast is displayed over the next suggestion.
- Note: Work to submit user alt-text to metrics platform will be done in T347122
