After testing is complete on beta wikis and test Wikipedia, we should release the CommunityConfiguration extension on our pilot wikis: Arabic and Spanish Wikipedia.

FYI, I've broken the Indonesian Wikipedia related work into a separate task: T366629: CommunityConfiguration: Release extension to Indonesian Wikipedia.
According to a conversation with @KStoller-WMF, the deployment date is tentative at the moment. Assigning to Kirsten for final confirmation. Feel free to reassign to me once we're 100% sure we want to do this on Monday.
As of now we are a go on a Monday (Jun 17, 2024) release to pilot wikis.
QA has given us the OK, and no blocking issues remain.
