Background

We want users completing the Alt text task to be able to quickly reference guidance on how to write effective alt text.

Requirements

• Launch guidance from link "Guidance for writing alt text"
• Reusing the onboarding screen, change primary button to "Done"
• "Done" returns users back to alt text half sheet view, text already typed in the input box should be retained
• Scrollbar should flash on first load if there is content off-screen
• "View Examples" links should lead to the language-appropriate version of the Media-wiki page, WebView opened in-app

• Relevant events are instrumented according to Data instrumentation plan and completed slides have been marked with a green background
• Translations are added for target languages from UI Copy for Suggested edits Alt text on iOS (T370725)
