[XL] Add interface translations - Alt text experiment

Description

Background

Our target audiences for the alt text experiment include:

  • Spanish, French and Portuguese speakers in the Americas and Caribbean
  • Chinese speakers in North America

Therefore, we should ensure the feature is fully translated into Spanish (preference for Latin American Spanish), French, and Portuguese (preference for Brazilian Portuguese), and Chinese (Simplified and Traditional) in advance of the 30-day experiment's start.

Requirements
  • RS: Create document with interface translations for entire Alt text experiment based on Designs. Ensure it covers all strings from:
    • Image recommendations Experiment B
    • Article editing Experiment C
    • Support email translations
  • RS Request translation from Design Research
    • Portuguese (preference for Brazilian Portuguese)
    • Spanish (preference for Latin American Spanish)
    • French
    • Chinese Simplified
    • Chinese Traditional
  • Engineers: add translations into translate.wiki 1 for all tasks that have already been completed in Sprint 1
    • Portuguese to be entered into into "pt" and "pt-br" on translate.wiki
    • Spanish to be entered into "es" on translate.wiki
    • French, to be entered into "fr" on translate.wiki
    • Chinese Simplified, to be entered into "zh-hans" on translate.wiki
    • Chinese Traditional, to be entered into "zh-hant" on translate.wiki
