Description

As a contributor, I want to be able to learn about the Collaboration List through my contributor workflows, especially via workflows related to collaboration, so that I can more easily learn about and join events or communities that may interest me.

This epic only focuses on a few core methods of promoting discoverability as part of WE 1.1.5. We may pursue other methods in the future, which will be outside this epic.
