mediawiki.ui buttons using system fonts (rather than Vector's font-family settings)

After the update to the new Vector typography, mediawiki.ui forms and buttons are displaying system fonts like Lucida Grande (for OS X) or Microsoft Sans Serif (for Windows).

The intended behavior is to use Vector's font stack, which right now is "Helvetica Neue, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif". (After https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/125447/ it is just sans-serif, which still should not default to a system font, but instead should default to Helvetica on OS X and Arial on Windows.)

Form elements use the system UI font by default.

https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/156829 fixes this for buttons. Please open more specific bugs for any other components.
