I just created blocking tasks for every project. For the first time, mentors and interns can share common evaluation criteria, a definition of done for outreach programs. Each evaluation is a task assigned to the primary mentor, which is also a novelty, and it should help everybody finding the right time to complete this evaluation.

Extending this task to the April sprint only to assure that (as opposed to previous rounds) we wrap up the program correctly, including Tech Talk showcasing the projects and introduction of the not-anymore-interns to WMF HR.
Alright, I finally sent an invitation to all participants to showcase their projects in a Tech Talk, and to participate in a meeting with Wikimedia HR. As soon as I get answers I will organize both meetings.
I haven't received any answers, so I will close this task. If any of the OPW-9 participants is interested in showcasing their project or being introduced to WMF HR, please contact me.
