Aslo per T363060: Use the correct Pashto Wikipedia logo on mobile site (by editing the SVG file) https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Wikipedia-wordmark3-ps.svg was suggested to be used as wordmark is that svg version correct image to be used

@psubhashish1 , thanks for explaining in my opinion there's not much vandalism on page creation activity compared to some other wikis where pagecreation is restricted , currently some public wikis such enwiki, fawiki, ckbwiki , eswikibooks , idwiki and swwiki restricted pagecreation only for IP addresses.
