Description

The direct debit form (linked to from e.g. the //donera// page) needs an update.

  • Ensure it still conforms with legal requirements
  • Use the new logo
  • Use the new address
  • Add an explanation for "Betaltjänstleverantör"

My guess is that iw was generated by CiviCrm

Yes, it has. The bank has approved the form, I'll replace the file on the wiki.
