This task is to formalize the community liaison involvement with the Audiences Department's Growth Team. The objective of the team is to increase new editor retention in mid-size wikis, starting with Czech and Korean Wikipedias as pilot wikis.

The team needs a consistent community liaison to be a member of the team, doing the following things (and hopefully additional things that the liaison will think of):
- Attend daily and other regular team meetings, and team offsites.
- Be the main contact point for our ambassadors in other wikis.
- Identify inter-wiki collaboration and translation opportunities.
- Weigh in on plans from the perspective of an experienced Wikimedian.
- Help test software.
This project is ongoing, without a planned end date.
