User tests on the mobile version of newcomer tasks showed that some users go to their help module when they are trying to figure out how to get started with editing. Therefore, we want to include a call-to-action to help users find their way to newcomer tasks from there.

Specifically:

• There should be a box in the help module below all the existing content.
• It should include the same "help" graphic used in the intro overlay for users without welcome survey responses (mockup of that graphic in the overlay here).
• Header: "Ready to start editing?"
• Body: "There are many ways you can help improve <Wiki project>. The community of editors has listed articles that are good places to get started."
• Button: "See suggestions"
