To update: We now are targeting the yet-to-be-named and also yet-to-be-created new library, as WVUI is being EOLed in favour of it.

I've set this task as a subtask of the Codex Alpha milestone, because it seems like the bulk of the Codex / Abstract Wiki case study is going to revolve around swapping out the existing SD components with Codex equivalents, and making small adjustments where necessary.

If changes in design or functionality to the Codex components are needed, please use the linked Phab task for the component in question to discuss.
