There was recently an irc discussion about adding checkuser to bundled extensions. I think we should do it, as most other collaborative software (e.g. forums, blog engines, etc) have a similar feature.

Looks like we didn't add anything into 1.39...

If we want to include any of them, because they tick the boxes, I'd love to get this done ASAP with it being an LTS.

There's some that we could probably do, some that aren't ready...
