A preliminary investigation (T326759) has found that the Nuke extension may be affected by IP Masking.

There are two aspects to this work:

• Updating current behaviour to continue functioning when IP Masking is rolled out

We determined (T342786) that no change in functionality is required here - Nuke should continue to function without error once IP masking is rolled out.

• Extending functionality so that the tool remains as effective as previously - T342785

This work is planned, but has some design questions - e.g. how do we make UI changes for users who are and aren't eligible to input IP addresses? We plan to work on this, but it should not be considered a blocker to rolling out temporary accounts.
