This task involves the work of ensuring volunteers at Phase 1 wikis (see below) are aware of:
- The need to move active Flow boards to sub-pages
- If "1." is not done by DATE (tentatively Nov 28), a script will automatically do this moving
- Once the script has been automatically moved, we'll share a list of any pages that need to be moved manually
- Set all archived Flow boards into a read-only state (T378833)
