Hi. Looks like the archiving script has a bug. It fails if there is a target page already. See here, the page of @Mooeypoo. Thank you.

@IKhitron The logs the script outputs notify when a given movement is going to fail -- see the hewiki logs at P70816 and look for the lines that start with "Skipped" or "Cannot move". I think we're okay with leaving a reasonably small number that'll need to be manually moved, given that we'll have a log to work from. @Trizek-WMF may want to confirm that, though?

Yes, this is the kind of manual cleanup we anticipated to make. However, now that the read-only is applied, non-one can contact the user. We need more time before the read-only to finish the cleanup.

@IKhitron T379984 is going to make it try a few fallbacks if there's an existing page, so future phases will need less manual cleanup.
