This is all done, just a few adjustments left to the walk-through doc.

• Out of the 57 papers listed, 54 have submitted their paper+recording. Papers missing: 45, 54, 56.
• Out of the 54 submissions, 46 are all complete. The remaining ones are either missing the release form or small modifications in their papers.

The notes document has been added to the folder, still missing organizing the papers in order of presentation - will not close until then.

You can assign a task to both a milestone of a parent project and a subproject of the parent project though, see https://phab.wmflabs.org/T105 : You'd see the task both on the subproject workboard at https://phab.wmflabs.org/project/board/53/ and (if daemons were running properly on that test instance) in theory also in the milestone column of the parent workboard at https://phab.wmflabs.org/project/board/52/
