@kostajh I checked with Rita and the status bar is not intended to be sticky. Therefore I suggest we go with option 1 and update the confirmation toast message to hint to the user that they edited under temp account.

Hi @mwilliams - A common scenario for cross-wiki patrollers using GUC, is that they want to rapidly see all edits from all wikis for a given IP address/range, because most of the time someone is asking for something to be blocked immediately.

   3. At what point does the form submit data (i.e does data collect per question or at end)? Data collects for each question
   4. Do we want to allow users to skip questions? Yes
   5. Where should users adjust survey preferences? (i.e. new or existing section in user preferences) TBD
