To be crystal clear, this issue is not about the estimates, but that on OTRS-wiki specifically, lint errors are not removed from the subpages when fixed. There's also T210315.
Updates are still stalled 3 months later...

I don't think there is any significant animosity toward any engineers involved in building what was at the time a pragmatic solution (media queries only being introduced in 2012 and device detection still being erratic), but perhaps there is a cultural difference between the wiki peanut gallery and people trying to do their jobs on Phabricator. So without further ado, I'll invite everyone back over to the afterparty at en:WP:VPT as necessary and we'll let these fine people get on with making *.m.* history!
I get intermittent plugin failed to load errors, as well as this in console:

This is still occurring, eg. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:Graph:PageViews randomly fails:

Downgrading from UBN per last comment. Is this closable now?

Cautiously closing as connectivity is back up. Somewhat speculative, but circumstantial evidence suggests that Cogent's backhaul network had a failure.
benoliver999 reports that text-lb.esams.wikimedia.org times out, but ulsfo, eqiad and codfw are good.

@Edokter Hey! Over two years on from the opening of this ticket, {{top icon}} on enwiki has support for a sortkey parameter that allows custom sorting. You can check out my userpage for an example of this in action. This unfortunately does not meet your request for a solution without extra parameters.

Yep, fixing the existing Special:WantedPages seems far smarter.

@kaldari Twinkle now includes a checkbox to disable patrolling of the article. There are many situations in which it is inappropriate to mark a page as patrolled when you are tagging it.

Confirming that jfsamper was able to recover by logging into the Hungarian and Norwegian wikis in succession.

It now looks like T169261 seems more plausible for my particular report.
jfsamper was having this issue yesterday, and we presumed that T141482 was the cause but this sounds more plausible.

I would like to reiterate that there has never been any consensus that deletion tagging should be restricted to New Page Reviewers. Such a proposal did not form part of the RfC and to my knowledge, such a proposal has never been made. Quite to the contrary, IP editors are permitted to take articles to AfD. If something doesn't meet our policy, we want to know about it.
Logging that User:jfsamper seems to be experiencing this issue so that I don't forget. There do not appear to be are no global locks or blocks affecting them. The user will hopefully be around tomorrow on #wikimedia-tech for further debugging effort.

If anyone is curious about a usecase for this: I'm currently building a tool to generate a list of Good Article Nominees from enwiki sorted by ORES WP10 predicted class. While the tool is not particularly complex, this would simplify the code.

In the interim, you can achieve most layouts through applying CSS styles to a wrapping <div>.
