Description

Change crop ratio to 4:3 on mobile and 16:9 on tablet.

Current crop 16:9 on mobile and 21:9 on tablet.

This is also more in line with crop on apps.
Less foreheads!

Currently, WikidataPageBanner used max-height:300px and full width for screens wider than 400px and min-height:180px and auto width for screens less that 400px. Does the task imply that the max-height and min-height for banners be increased, for less face cropping?
