[wmf.5] timestamp for recent questions is not updated in Homepage Help desk and Mentorship modules

Description

  1. Go to Homepage and post a question to either Help desk or Mentor's page. The initial timestamp shows "Posted 0 seconds ago".
  2. Wait for some time - the label still reads: "Posted 0 seconds ago"

Log in/log out, navigating away and returning - do not change the label timestamp reading.

The only problem with the fix - it seems to incorrectly updating those old timestamps (for questions) that had '0 sec' ago timestamp.

Yeah, in the interest of time/effort, I opted to reset them to the current time since there should be fairly few of these.
