Before pushing the safety survey live to the defined wikis, we want to test this first to ensure everything is working properly and address any possible issues. We will do this by pushing it to two small test wikis.

Acceptance criteria

We have deployed the safety survey to 2 test wikis
We have identified any possible bugs or issues and addressed them
