Description

As an user i would like to have access to a sidebar within the function editor that resemble the one defined in Figma designs.

This task requires:

Include a "language" selector in the sidebar
Just show the language for which translation are available (not sure if this is possible for us at this time, we may need to define an helped that define this information)
If a language has some but not all translation, show the text in english (or default language)
Allow the user to change the language selector and fetch the function information in the given language (the rest of the editor is untouched)
Selecting the language in the sidebar does NOT change the rest of the function editor
