Description

Open https://zh.wikipedia.org/zh-cn/指標_(電腦科學) in zh-cn variant.
Look at the ToC (No.4)

What happens?:
The ToC can not be converted properly(not the same as the section name).

What should have happened instead?:
ToC is converted properly.

Basic the discussion, this issue is different from T295187. This seems to be that NoteTA conversion group is not applied to the directory, and the traditional and simplified conversion is directly performed
