Update Content Transform Team-owned products that may be affected by IP Masking

Description

IP Masking will affect lots of our products, features, tools, gadgets, etc. This task is for tracking work to update those that are owned by Content-Transform-Team, ahead of IP Masking being enabled on WMF sites.

See T326816: [Epic] Update features for temporary accounts, particularly What will be affected.

A preliminary investigation (T326759) has found that the following may be affected:

  • parsoid/deploy (no longer in use)
  • services/parsoid
  • WikimediaEditorTasks (task transferred to app team)
  • MachineVision (owned by Structured Data Engineering not us)

It appears that the legacy parser may also be affected? Parsoid and the legacy parser handle dependencies on User in very different ways.

@cscott @MSantos is there anything else your team would like to do here? We are aiming to deploy to pilot wikis later this year. Temporary accounts are already enabled on testwiki and test2wiki.
