As discussed in the Design Review, the attached screenshot displays the solution in the UI we are going to go for.
The error message will be displayed below the Text Area component.
The copy is still WIP mainly because, as mentioned in the notes, the actual limit of QIDs has not been decided yet.

@Lydia_Pintscher, during the Design Review, the team discussed the topic and it was highlighted that, on top of the max amount of QIDs (which has not been decided yet), we need to take into account also the max amount of characters.
After the Design Review, for this specific task, the whole team decided to use a quiet button to trigger the dialog component in this page of Mismatch Finder instead of using a link.

We agreed that we will not implement a responsive version. To be declined as soon as we validate that the default dialog component adjusts in a reasonable way to smaller screens.
