• A path for experiments, with/without eventual productization includes a discussion about when experiments can get away without process requirements, and we seem to agree that requirements would start coming when the team experimenting wants to enter prioritization, but not before.
• Ideas for tech-related IdeaLab Campaigns? derives into a discussion about whether initial concepts should be published in IdeaLabs or Phabricator, that I have tried to move to its own topic at How to publish and track project concepts entering prioritization?

I would love to see participation from folks interested in this area in the planning for T119030: WikiDev 16 working area: Collaboration

I'm not going to make it to the Hackathon but would love to check in about the conversations had afterwards. Pinging @Wwes as we've discussed this as well. Will want to discuss in January. I suppose blocked tasks will accrue.

This task missed the goals for the Jan - Mar 2016 quarter (T124022). @Keegan, do you plan to work on it during the current quarter or later?
