Description

Template:Location_map (https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q5625881) should not be shown in Hovercards, because the image (map) doesn't include the "marker" which is dynamically generated by the template.

PageImages has no knowledge of the context of an image.
How would you recommend we do this without resorting to template specific hacks?

Sounds like a won't fix to me then. We won't resort to template hacks.
