@Magioladitis - AWB SVN 11963 already adds {{WikiProject banner shell}} to Category talk pages (e.g. https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Category_talk:English_radio_actresses&diff=prev&oldid=707720413 )

Confirmed with SVN 11963 - thanks!
Yes, I agree. When I replaced {{death date and age|2009|2|7|1966|df=y}} with {{death date|2009|2|7|df=y}} and ran the article through AWB again, it did not make any category changes. Thanks!
Confirmed with SVN 11963 - thanks!
My feeling is that if the categories should reflect what is presented in the article. If the article gives a specific year of birth, then the article doesn't belong the [[Category:Year of birth uncertain]] category.
Feb 28 2016
I believe that this is still an issue. For example, if you look at [[Category:Churches in Durham, North Carolina]], you'll see that [[The Summit Church]] is sorted under "T" instead of "S" because it does not have a DEFAULTSORT template, and AWB doesn't add the DEFAULTSORT.

Aha - when I've been making the SVNs, I haven't been using the newest version of Newtonsoft.Json.dll.
Copying the newest version of that file fixed the problem.
Thanks @Reedy

@Rjwilmsi Confirmed with SVN 11836.
On [[International Water Management Institute]], I understand why AWB doesn't combine portals from different sections of an article. However, I presumed AWB would combine just the two templates in the zeroth section, as I did manually in https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=International_Water_Management_Institute&type=revision&diff=701629049&oldid=659444523
Not a big deal, though - I think this was the only article with that issue.
Thanks!

Confirmed in SVN 11831 - thanks!
@Rjwilmsi - Confirmed that SVN 11827 will merge portal templates in category space, but it still doesn't merge them in article space.
@Rjwilmsi - I don't understand how the onlyinclude tags contributed to the problem, but I can confirm that AWB works properly now that you removed them. Thanks!

Thanks for gently reminding me to RTFM too :-)

That would be helpful. To make room for the extra line, could you change
- Only whitespace has changed
- Only casing is changed
to
- Only whitespace [ ] Only casing

@Magioladitis - That example is inside ref tags, so it's not a positive match.
@Magioladitis - I found over 30,000 matches to \bpp ?\d+\b in the Sep 2015 database dump. I then preparsed the list to ignore templates, refs, link targets and headings, and got over 5800 matches. ~~~~
@Magioladitis - I tried '''\s+\((born|died)\s+in\s+\d{4}\) against the Sep 2015 database dump and got 1,117 matches. Of course, not all of them are in the zeroth section of the article.
Sep 22 2015
I'm wondering if "\bpp ?\d+\b" would be a safer search. I've updated https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:AutoWikiBrowser/General_fixes#Fix_non-breaking_spaces_.28FixNonBreakingSpaces.29 to explicitly state that FixNonBreakingSpaces does not make changes inside references. I need to spend more time figuring out how to estimate how many results are in places where FixNonBreakingSpaces could actually make a change.
Sep 13 2015
@Rjwilmsi - I just added a note at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:AutoWikiBrowser/General_fixes#IsArticleAboutAPerson saying "Note: This function is applied to en.wiki only".

@Josve05a - According to @Pigsonthewing all biographies should have this - see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:GoingBatty#BattyBot_47
Confirmed that AWB SVN 11455 does not add DEFAULTSORT for [[Clinoch of Alt Clut]] or [[Byzantine Master of the Crucifix of Pisa]]. Thanks!
@Magioladitis - Now that the bug is fixed and my bot has cleaned up as many as I could find, I agree that this FR is should now be about very few pages.

Confirmed with SVN 11450 - thanks!
You could also choose to merge templates if the reason and/or talk parameters are the same:
Sep 7 2015
@Magioladitis - I found 50 articles in the Sep 2015 dump and fixed about 25 of them using the following Regex:
@Magioladitis - Will do. Some of the articles found have {{expert-subject}} in different sections, so they aren't appropriate to be combined.
Confirmed with SVN 11444 - thanks!
@Rjwilmsi - Fair enough - here's my detailed proposal:
@Rjwilmsi - Sorry, SVN 11440 still doesn't keep the comments with {{Article for deletion/dated}} in [[Rev. Fr. Dr. Jesu Pudumai Doss]]
@Rjwilmsi - I'll leave it to @bender235 to confirm consensus. Please note that https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:YouTube and https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:Wayback and https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:Google_books already use HTTPS for the links they generate.
@Billinghurst - Are you saying that this fix would not be appropriate on wikis outside of Wikipedia (any language)? Or would not be appropriate on Wikipedias except for enWP? Or are you also saying that this would not be appropriate for enWP? If the latter, could you please expand on how it would be "interfering"? Thanks!
Your screen shot above shows you're using the July dump, not the September dump. Looking at the last few items in the list you posted on my talk page, [[SET Max]] and [[Rogatian]] had the stub templates removed in July 2015 and [[Adrian Flannelly]] had the REDIRECT removed in July 2015.
@Magioladitis - Correction - When I searched the Sep 2015 dump with the Singleline box checked and the Ignore redirects box unchecked (as you suggested), the regex above found 70 results. (I also had the Ignore comments box intentionally checked.) BattyBot is fixing these now.
@Magioladitis - BattyBot cleaned up "less than 500 redirects with stub templates" in March 2015. I searched the Sep 2015 dump for #REDIRECT\s*\[\[.+\]\].+{{[\w\d-]+stubs?}} and didn't find any.
@Magioladitis - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Stub#Basic_information states "Non-article pages, such as disambiguation pages, lists, categories, templates, talk pages, and redirects, are not regarded as stubs."
Using SVN 11439, I confirmed that the blp prod comment is properly handled and that {{Article for deletion/dated}} is now moved above {{Multiple issues}}. Could you also please handle the {{Article for deletion/dated}} comments?
The first three results are now "Quotation mark", "Dash", and "--"
Sorry about that - compiled SVN 11437 but then somehow ran the old version. Two comments after testing with SVN 11437:
I got no results when I searched the Sep 2015 dump for {{\s*redirect\s*\|\s*([\w\s]+)\|.*?{{\s*redirect\s*\|\s*\1\|
Could you please reopen this task? AWB SVN 11376 still doesn't move the maintenance tags below the deletion tags.
Thanks!
