Hello, would it be possible to retry and post a message here when you've done it? It'll allow me to find the error. Thanks!

Great, thanks @Dvorapa !

Also see https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Gerrit/Code_review/Getting_reviews . Wikimedia in general has room for improvement when it comes to code review, yeah. :-/

Since T222146: Add protocol before shortened URLs, both at Meta and the Wikidata Query Engine was deployed all shortened URL returned by the API have protocols prefixed.

Thanks for your patch @zhuyifei1999.

Change deployed.
Change deployed.
Works as excepted, yeah! Now if the standard nginx bad gateway error page is shown, that originate from WMCS shared web proxy hosts and that says that quarry host is not responding at all.

Thanks @DannyS712 for yor explanation.

Created manually https://quarry-dev.wmflabs.org/ without puppet.
Deployment planned for tomorrow May 13th 18:00 UTC.
https://quarry.wmflabs.org/.health/summary/v1/60 is happily working, I think we can close this task. Thanks @rafidaslam :)
[Assigning to you @Ammarpad, if you've no time I can deploy it tomorrow]
So if security review of this website is a blocker, has such review already done?
I think the creation of a maintenance script that would create accounts on all wikis for all members of a global group would be the solution here. It would then be possible to call that script after each steward election.
Waiting for IP range(s).
Deployment planned for tomorrow May 13th 18:00 UTC.

The later patch also intents to skip test on AppVeyor.
I'm not sure how to deal with the pywikibot.data.api.APIError: Failed: You have made too many recent login attempts. Please wait 5 minutes before trying again. present on Travis.

Be careful to handle the different content types (html, wikitext..)
It looks like this task was about GSoC 2016, hence closing.
Can this task be closed?

Again @Dontz, please provide here a link to a community consensus as said in https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Requesting_wiki_configuration_changes.
It doesn't seem to be a problem in Quarry but in SQL Optimizer tool, hence change tags accordingly.

I see at least adding a function in BasePage to produce a short url to that page. Maybe we can add something in textlib but I don't see what it is right now.

In T214632#4908359, @Ammarpad wrote:@Framawiki So it turns out, that was not colon actually. See https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=%E0%A4%83&redirect=no where the mark was redirected to Visarga. Then note the actual colon (:) redirect page here: https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=%EF%B9%95&redirect=no. This shows their distinctness.

You can also add a link that log out the user in any wiki page by inserting [[Special:UserLogout|click me]] code. It is also possible to add it as external link like [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:UserLogout click me too].
Apr 13 2019
Oh, as said in task desc it is possible to play with Special:UrlRedirector that is not blocked. For example, https://w.wiki/wE redirects to https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:UrlRedirector/wE, and that last redirects to itself.
Looks already solved: entering https://w.wiki/ in https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:UrlShortener?uselang=en shows URLs to domain w.wiki are not allowed to be shortened.
