Description

For pages that include a <noinclude> section at the top, textextracts/hovercards should not show this content in the extract.

E.g. try any of the articles currently listed for deletion at Dewp (search for a bluelink in a section title, or change days if all of this list gets resolved) https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:L%C3%B6schkandidaten/20._August_2015#Artikel
