Description

Background

We would like to test the new summary-html endpoint on a larger project prior to deploying everywhere to identify any edge cases not previously identified

Acceptance criteria

  • Make Page Previews fetch previews from RESTBase on enwiki and dewiki
  • Switch enwiki and dewiki beta mode to summary-html endpoint for page previews

We'd have to configure Page Previews to fetch previews from RESTBase previews on eswiki but that's fine.
